Terms of Use of the Affiliate Program

General Provisions

  1. These terms set out the rules for participation in the affiliate program operated by E-CUPSTONE.
  2. The program is intended for bloggers, influencers, and other individuals who have their own online community and wish to promote our products in exchange for a commission.
  3. Joining the program constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Registration and Affiliate Account

  1. Participation in the program is possible after registering via the form on the website and accepting these terms.
  2. Each participant receives access to an affiliate dashboard where they can track their links, coupons, statistics, and commissions.
  3. The affiliate is required to provide accurate contact and billing information.

Promotion Rules

  1. The affiliate receives an individual affiliate link and/or a discount code assigned to their account.
  2. Links and codes may be published on blogs, websites, social media channels, or in newsletters.
  3. The following are prohibited:
    • publishing links/codes on websites containing illegal content,
    • spamming, purchasing fake traffic, using “cashback” systems without the company’s consent,
    • using one’s own discount codes for personal purchases.

Commissions and Settlements

  1. The affiliate earns a commission on every order placed by a customer using their affiliate link or discount code.
  2. The commission rate is set individually and may vary depending on the affiliate.
  3. Commissions are calculated only for paid and non-cancelled orders.
  4. Commission payouts are made once a month (or at another agreed time), after exceeding the minimum payout threshold of 100 PLN.
  5. Payments are made to a bank account or another method agreed with the affiliate.

Rights and Obligations of the Affiliate

  1. The affiliate undertakes to promote the products fairly, in accordance with ethical standards and good practices.
  2. The affiliate must not mislead customers regarding the terms of the offer or the amount of the discount.
  3. The affiliate is responsible for the published content and marketing communications.

Rights and Obligations of the Company

  1. The company has the right to verify how affiliate links and discount codes are being used.
  2. The company reserves the right to withhold commission payouts in cases of detected abuse.
  3. The company may remove an affiliate from the program in the event of a breach of these terms.

Final Provisions

  1. The company reserves the right to make changes to the program and to these terms.
  2. Affiliates will be informed in advance of any changes.
  3. For matters not covered herein, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
