E-CUPSTONE waterproofing is a unique product created to surface waterproofing products from polymeric gypsum. It provides protection without shining or altering the surface texture. Its innovative formula creates an invisible protective barrierwhich prevents water and dirt from penetrating deep into the gypsum structure.
✅ Excellent protective properties
Impregnation E-CUPSTONE deeply penetrates the substrate to form a protective layer resistant to weathering, UV radiation i chemicals. With this product, the surface retains its aesthetic appearance for longer and the material is protected against dirt and water penetration. The product does not cause shine or change the surface structurewhile maintaining the natural appearance of the product.
✅ Surface preparation before impregnation
Before waterproofing, the surface must be properly prepared:
- It should be clean, dry and grease-free.
- New gypsum products can be impregnated after 2-6 days after execution.
- It is recommended to apply at temperatures from +5 to +30°C and humidity below 80%.
Full properties hydrophobic is achieved after 24 hoursso the surface must be protected from water during this period.
✅ Method of application
Before use, the waterproofing should be thoroughly mix. It can be applied using:
- Brush
- Spraying
- Dips (for small parts for approx. 5 minutes)
It is recommended double wet-on-wet application in short intervals. Remove excess product after 2-10 minutesto avoid leaving an unwanted layer on the surface.
✅ Restrictions on use
E-CUPSTONE waterproofing is not recommended for marble, granite, sandstone, colour ceramics nor to dark plaster coloursas it can leave a white residue that is difficult to remove. Also, do not use it where the surface is exposed to wax or extremely high temperatures.
✅ Capacity and storage
- Performance: 5-10 m² with 0.5L when impregnated twice (consumption depends on the absorbency of the material).
- Store in original packaging at a temperature of -5 to +30°C, away from children and food products.
✅Precautions
The product has the effect of caustic. When working, wear gloves, goggles and protective mask when using the spray method. In case of skin contact, rinse thoroughly with water and use diluted vinegar. Wash your hands and face after using the impregnator.
