General Provisions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. These terms set out the rules for participation in the affiliate program operated by E-CUPSTONE.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. The program is intended for bloggers, influencers, and other individuals who have their own online community and wish to promote our products in exchange for a commission.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Joining the program constitutes acceptance of these terms.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Registration and Affiliate Account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. Participation in the program is possible after registering via the form on the website and accepting these terms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Each participant receives access to an affiliate dashboard where they can track their links, coupons, statistics, and commissions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. The affiliate is required to provide accurate contact and billing information.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Promotion Rules<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      1. The affiliate receives an individual affiliate link and\/or a discount code assigned to their account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Links and codes may be published on blogs, websites, social media channels, or in newsletters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. The following are prohibited:\n
          \n
        • publishing links\/codes on websites containing illegal content,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • spamming, purchasing fake traffic, using \u201ccashback\u201d systems without the company\u2019s consent,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • using one\u2019s own discount codes for personal purchases.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Commissions and Settlements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
            \n
          1. The affiliate earns a commission on every order placed by a customer using their affiliate link or discount code.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. The commission rate is set individually and may vary depending on the affiliate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          3. Commissions are calculated only for paid and non-cancelled orders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          4. Commission payouts are made once a month (or at another agreed time), after exceeding the minimum payout threshold of 100 PLN.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          5. Payments are made to a bank account or another method agreed with the affiliate.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            Rights and Obligations of the Affiliate<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
              \n
            1. The affiliate undertakes to promote the products fairly, in accordance with ethical standards and good practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            2. The affiliate must not mislead customers regarding the terms of the offer or the amount of the discount.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            3. The affiliate is responsible for the published content and marketing communications.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              Rights and Obligations of the Company<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

              1. The company has the right to verify how affiliate links and discount codes are being used.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              2. The company reserves the right to withhold commission payouts in cases of detected abuse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              3. The company may remove an affiliate from the program in the event of a breach of these terms.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                Final Provisions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                1. The company reserves the right to make changes to the program and to these terms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                2. Affiliates will be informed in advance of any changes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
